Our powerful Hot Vinyasa class emphasizes both physical and mental strength, embodying focus and intention. Guided by the breath, you'll flow through a dynamic sequence of balancing, standing, and seated postures. This practice invites you to deepen your concentration through opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions, meditation, and breathwork (pranayama). With a focus on intuition and self-awareness, you'll choose the poses (asanas) that best suit your body, as modifications and options are always provided. Every class offers a fresh sequence, keeping your mind engaged and your practice evolving. This class is heated to 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit. Ambient energizing background music.
