2025 Yoga Teacher Training
Transform Your Passion for Yoga into a Lifelong Journey
We believe yoga is more than a practice—it’s a way of life. Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed to guide you on a transformative journey, helping you develop not only as a teacher but as a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.
This isn’t just training—it’s an investment into your personal growth, a new career path and your future.
A Training Like No Other
break free from rigid expectations. This training is for you if you want to
At Notice Wellness, we embrace creativity, exploration, and fun and we guarantee that you will:

-
Move your body in ways you never imagined.
-
Test your boundaries and discover new possibilities.
-
Fall, laugh, and grow while keeping it real.

In this training, you will learn to teach two primary class types; our signature Awakened Fusion class (vinyasa + hot hatha combo), and our Focused and Grounded Flow class (vinyasa).
Most importantly, unlike many other trainings, you will learn to write your own sequence for these classes.

In addition to exploring and learning to teach the physical aspects of yoga, you will also learn to integrate traditional practices like pranayama (breathwork), chakras, yoga philosophy and meditation into your practice, teachings and your life.

Overall all, you will learn to push boundaries, physically and mentally with unique movements and philosophical explorations to cultivate joy, connection, and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and then HOW TO TEACH this to others.
Why Choose Our YTT Program?
Our boutique studio is a sanctuary where mental and physical health come together under one roof. This training goes beyond the physical poses to explore the subtle energy body and teach you how to live yoga both on and off the mat...........and then teach others to do the same!

-
Inclusive & Supportive Community: From day one, you’ll feel welcomed into a space where growth and exploration are prioritized so you can fully learn, comprehend & be able to teach while feeling supported and safe.

-
Hands-On Teaching Practice: Through small group training + practicum pop-up classes, you will spend a significant amount of time actually teaching, ensuring you will be ready to teach with confidence upon graduation.

-
Learn from Experts: This training is led by Danielle, the studio’s owner and a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma-informed and therapeutic yoga. In addition, experts in the field of anatomy, biomechanics and functional movement will be brought in to give you a world class yoga education.

-
Feel, Don’t Perform: We prioritize how movement feels over how it looks, encouraging you to connect with your body in meaningful and joyful ways and we will prioritize showing you how to teach in this unique way.
Our training is where modern science meets ancient wisdom.

MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Danielle arnold
I teach to hold space for others, I teach to enliven others, and I teach because a part of me awakens every time that I I guide others. I love leading others to spaces of discovery; of embracing a physical shape or stillness that is uncomfortable, and then see them overcome this. I am completely moved when I see the inspiration that my teachings instill in students, and witnessing them take what they learn on the mat with me and apply it in their life. I feel honored to create a safe space for all feelings to be felt, knowing that we arrive on our mats with all emotions and various life circumstances. I'm grateful that I can help make the world a bit better by offering a space to feel held and noticed.

The more we practice the teachings of yoga both on and off the mat, the more love, compassion, kindness and patience we all gain for ourselves and for others. I truly believe a yoga practice makes the world a better place! I want others to share this skill with as many people as possible so that we can all continue to embody a life of learning, one yoga practice at a time.
Gina ward
I envision a world where yoga is seen on the same level as physical therapy, functional medicine and other health-care modalities. I envision a world where yoga is covered by insurance. I envision a world where yoga's traditional philosophies and teachings are updated to meet the needs of the modern-day world so that we can bring it to each and every person in need and that is why I bring the most up-to-date, evidence based information to my teachings in the areas of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology.
